We go through an overview of the last 11 weeks. What has been covered, and achieved and how you are tracking toward the outcomes outlined in the plan:

We will also lock in a follow-up for one month later to check in or we continue on weekly sessions to keep momentum.

Although each program is completely tailored to the specific needs of your business, our framework is always the same. It is a fail-proof process that ensures you are supported every step of the way towards achieving your goals!
what’s included:
✔️ 4-week intensive diagnostic to be objective and uncover core issues
✔️ Written diagnostic plan, we define objectives and KPIs that are realistic and measurable, track progress, build a framework and take actions to deliver on your financial plan
✔️ Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 workshops with your advisor to get to work on the actions, we will identify the most critical areas and make progress on those first
✔️ Quarterly review of progress to plan, working with you and focusing on what needs to be done.

Yes, payment options 30% upfront
Weekly instalments over the next 6 weeks for the remainder

1 on 1 session over 12 weeks. Over Microsoft Teams or in person if you're Tauranga based

It's important that this programme is prioritised in your weekly schedule and you are committed to getting the results.
Some weeks there will be smaller actions that require you to contact someone, email or sit down with a staff member etc - so less time but required effort. In other weeks we will ask you to provide more detail on a certain area. So short side an hour on top of sessions on the higher side 5 hours but it will be working on the business in the right places.

Yes, we do. Although, this programme is a more well-rounded way to uncover what's going on in your business. If you have a specific area you know you want to focus on we can help. Drop us an email and we will set up a time to chat.

Most if not all of the sessions will be delivered by Riann Umaga-Marshall (accountant/director, business owner). Although Tu Umaga-Marshall may also come in on specific areas - team development, high performance etc.
